- Positioning Techniques: Routine & Supplemental
Students on their own must obtain the experience requirements that the ARRT mandates as outlined in the ARRT handbook, as no clinical component is provided in this class (see notes on registration form).
Stay Current: Reviewing mammography principles and techniques and improving task performance skills is the main purpose of this course. Also, the expanded role of the mammography technologist as a breast health educator is stressed. This course is constantly being updated and revised to keep technologists’ current in ACR, FDA/MQSA and State Mammography requirements.
